First things first, the Southern foodways curriculum is finished! Finally after over a month of working on it, it is finished! I’m so happy!

Second, I met with Megan last week to go over the second half of my internship and the projects we’ve mapped out for the rest of the semester.

Nov. 5 – Gingerbread Competition entry is due

Nov. 7 – What the Presidents Ate

Nov. 14-17 – Sarah Goes to St. Augustine

Nov. 21-22 – Thanksgiving Camp

Rest of November – finish up Indigenous Foodways and Food Sovereignty curriculum

December – Colonial / American Revolution
