Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m a graduate student at the University of Central Florida with over a decade of experience working in public education at zoos and living history museums across the country. As I spend my time in my MA focusing on the study of culinary and public history, I look forward to sharing my growth as a museum lover and a my journey to gain a greater understanding of food history scholarship as well as figuring out my own place within this fascinating, emerging field.
